What to include in your message
- Your order number, if your question is about an order. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.
- The name and email address you used at checkout.
- The product name, colour and size, for example Glide Lite Carry-On in Midnight, or a shoe in US 9.
- Photos, if an item is faulty or arrived damaged. Include a close-up of the problem, a photo of the whole item and a photo of the packaging.
- Your tracking number, if your question is about a delivery.
