About Gear & Gate
Gear & Gate is an Australian online store based in Sydney. We sell two things that travel well together: gear for getting your belongings there, and footwear for the walking you do once you arrive. That means suitcases, packing cubes and anti-theft bags alongside running, court, basketball and casual shoes in women's, men's and kids' sizes.
What we stock
- Luggage. Hard-shell cases from the Glide and Glide Elite ranges in carry-on, medium and large check-in sizes, each with Hinomoto spinner wheels and a built-in TSA-approved combination lock. The Glide Lite Carry-On weighs 2.0kg. Top-opening models pack from above into one deep compartment. Soft options include the Metro Carry-On Duffle and Metro Wheeled Duffle.
- Packing cubes. Regular cubes from extra small to large, compression cubes with a second zip that squeezes air out of soft clothing, and sets put together for a medium or large suitcase.
- Anti-theft bags. Crossbody bags, a sling, a belt bag, a tote and backpacks with RFID-blocking pockets, slash-resistant panels, steel cable straps and zips that clip shut.
- Shoes. Running, basketball, court, casual and canvas styles, plus slides and sandals, plainly sorted by who they fit: women's, men's and kids'. Sizes are listed in US, EU and UK so you can match the one you know.
- Clothing and accessories. Tees, hoodies, trackpants, shorts and jackets, along with caps, socks, shoe care, RFID wallets, TSA cable locks, luggage scales and travel chargers.
How we describe products
Specifications on this site come from the manufacturers' own product information. If a detail such as a case weight or a shoe capacity has not been published, we leave it out rather than guess. Where a colour or size sells out, the option stays visible and marked rather than quietly disappearing, so you can see what the range actually covers. If you need a measurement that is not shown, ask us before you order.
