Gear & Gate is an independent Australian retailer that sells products made. This is not the manufacturer's website. Orders placed here are with Gear & Gate, and we are responsible for processing, delivering and supporting them.

- If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Product information
Product descriptions and specifications are based on information supplied by the manufacturer. We take care to keep them accurate, but errors can occur. Colours can look different on different screens. If you need a detail confirmed before you buy, please contact us.
Pricing and availability
- All prices are in Australian dollars. Gear & Gate is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and none is shown on your order.
- Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Prices can change without notice, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you and give you the option of waiting, choosing an alternative or receiving a full refund for that item.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before processing the order and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling with a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products. The confirmation email we send acknowledges that we've received your order. A contract is formed at We accept your order when your payment reaches our account.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund the full amount.
Payment
We accept bank transfer and PayID. Card payments are not available yet. Payment is made directly to our Australian bank account, so no card details are entered on this website.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered on our shipping and delivery page. Returns, refunds and faulty items are covered on our returns and refunds page, and manufacturer warranty claims on our warranty page. Those pages form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Product images and product descriptions on this website are supplied by the manufacturer and are used with permission. Product and brand names belong to their owners.
All other content on this website, including text, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to Gear & Gate. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or republish content without written permission.
