This is the Asics Gel-Kayano 20, a pair of men's running shoes we hold in 3 colourways and US 8 to 14.
If you are stepping up distance, do it before you change shoes rather than at the same time. Two variables at once makes it impossible to tell which one caused a niggle, and new shoes get blamed for training errors more often than they deserve.
Heel hold matters as much as toe room. If your heel lifts as you push off, the shoe is either too large or the wrong shape for your foot, and lacing adjustments will only partly compensate. A secure heel with a relaxed forefoot is what you are aiming for.
Colourways include Black / Pond; Glacier Grey / White; White / Pink. We are an independent retailer rather than an authorised stockist, and this product is made by the brand named on it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell: see our warranty page.
