This is the Asics Gel-Quantum 90 IV, a pair of kids' running shoes we hold in US 4 to 7.
Match the shoe to the surface you actually run on. Road and treadmill running is repetitive impact in a straight line, and rewards cushioning and a smooth roll from heel to toe. Trail running asks for grip and a more secure upper to hold the foot on uneven ground. A road outsole slides on wet rock, and a trail outsole feels stiff and noisy on a footpath.
If you are stepping up distance, do it before you change shoes rather than at the same time. Two variables at once makes it impossible to tell which one caused a niggle, and new shoes get blamed for training errors more often than they deserve.
Available in Black / Black. We are an independent retailer rather than an authorised stockist, and this product is made by the brand named on it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell: see our warranty page.
