This is the Hoka Mafate Three2 Wordmark, a pair of women's running shoes.
Leave about a thumb's width between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. Feet lengthen under load and swell as you run, so a pair that fits perfectly standing still in the morning can bruise toenails on a long descent. Fitting late in the day, in the socks you actually run in, gets you closer to running conditions.
If you are stepping up distance, do it before you change shoes rather than at the same time. Two variables at once makes it impossible to tell which one caused a niggle, and new shoes get blamed for training errors more often than they deserve.
Available in Black / Outer Orbit. We are an independent retailer rather than an authorised stockist, and this product is made by the brand named on it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell: see our warranty page.
