The New Balance 530 is a pair of kids' running shoes, available in 3 colourways and US 5 to 10.
Cushioning is a preference rather than a ranking. A taller, softer midsole absorbs more impact over long distances and suits easy days and higher mileage. A lower, firmer shoe gives more ground feel and a more direct push-off, which many runners prefer for shorter and faster sessions. The right amount is close to what your legs are already used to; changing it sharply is a common cause of new aches.
Running shoes work for treadmill sessions and general cardio, but a soft, tall midsole is an unstable base for lifting, because the foam compresses unevenly under load. If most of a session involves weights, a flatter training shoe is the safer platform.
Colourways include Grey Matter / Pink Salt; Pebble / Sea Salt; Slate Grey / Slate Grey. We are an independent retailer rather than an authorised stockist, and this product is made by the brand named on it.
