This is the Asics Gel-Kayano 20, a pair of women's running shoes we hold in 5 colourways and sizes 42 to 40.5.
Running shoes work for treadmill sessions and general cardio, but a soft, tall midsole is an unstable base for lifting, because the foam compresses unevenly under load. If most of a session involves weights, a flatter training shoe is the safer platform.
If you are stepping up distance, do it before you change shoes rather than at the same time. Two variables at once makes it impossible to tell which one caused a niggle, and new shoes get blamed for training errors more often than they deserve.
Colourways include Cream / Independence Blue; Glacier Grey; Glacier Grey / Glacier Grey; Gravel / Pure Silver and 1 more. We are an independent retailer rather than an authorised stockist, and this product is made by the brand named on it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything we sell: see our warranty page.
